We strive to make everyone feel welcomed, motivated, and challenged when they walk through our doors and attend our classes and training sessions. We offer a variety of group fitness classes designed to be a fun and exciting way to burn calories as well as personal and small group training sessions for a more individualized approach to achieving your goals.

Hello! My name is Destiny Martin, I am the founder/owner of Heart and Soul Fitness. I am a Certified National Academy of Sports Medicine Trainer (NASM) and Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA) who is devoted to help other women achieve their goals. It is my mission to help you become the best you possible. I found my love for the human body and what it could do while growing up as a dancer. I performed ballet, modern and jazz dance, which gave me the foundations of correct alignment and posture. As I got older, I discovered my passion for fitness and wanting to be my best self. I am dedicated to helping women feel great about working out and being healthy, while having a great time doing it. I have found that when you enjoy working out, it becomes less of a chore and more of a necessity for your life. I have developed programs for my clients that will ensure they get a great workout and have fun doing it. I offer personal training, group personal training (2-4 people) and group fitness classes!

Hello! I’m Melissa DeMarino-military spouse, mother of two daughters and mind-body connection enthusiest. I’ve been active my entire life; from collegiate gymnastics, to rock climbing to varied group fitness formats, and I fell madly in love with Turbo Kickboxing in my early 20’s. Today, at age 38 and 2 kids later, I credit Turbo Kick (TBK) with providing the drive and incentive I needed for my dedicated goals of mind-body fitness, confidence, and over all well being. Turbo Kickboxing by Beachbody Live is a choreographed cardio class that incorporates aerobic fitness, coordination, strength and balance. My favorite part about this format is the music that ignites an all out dance party while sparking the mental and physical toughness to produce astonishing fitness level changes. I’ve been a certified instructor for Turbo Kickboxing through Beachbody Live since March 2019. I can’t wait to kick it with you!

Hello! My name is Hope Lyon and I can’t wait to share my passion for yoga with you! I’m a professional figure skater who fell in love with yoga. It was my saving grace when I became a mom in 2014 as it was something I could do at home with my baby. I also have a passion for running, hiking, and climbing, and basically any sport and outdoor activity. Why yoga? Yoga is the one activity that can be done anywhere, anytime, with anyone of any age, and really with no need for equipment. Plus, it’s accessible to everyone! It’s a practice that tests you physically, mentally, and spiritually. Yoga changed my life and I look forward to sharing it with you!

Hey everyone!!!!!! I am Ardra Osborne. I grew up as a military child, but I claim Canton, Ohio (Football Hall of Fame city). I am an Army spouse and I have 3 beautiful, awesome girls (10, 5, 7mos).. I have my bachelors in Allied Health Science in Laboratory Science through University of Cincinnati and MLS certified through ASCP. I am also certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through American Council on Exercise (ACE) and currently studying for my Personal Trainer cert through ACE as well. I love fitness and just being active. I have been into fitness since I was a child. Played sports all the way through the collegiate level. My journey has had many ups and downs with career changes, children, and just life, but the love for being active always stays no matter my mental state or my size. My goal is to bring happiness and joy to anyone interested in shaking it up and having a good time. It doesn’t matter your fitness level or wether you can dance or not. I want anyone who joins in to feel comfortable to let loose and be free. We all have the same goal and that’s to feel good about ourselves. So let’s do it together!!!!!

I’m Ignazia! I was born and raised on Long Island NY; so I love pizza, bagels, and the beach. I moved to Niagara Falls when I was 17 to go to college. I was a member of ROTC there, where I met my now husband. I am an Army veteran and a stay at home mom to our three wonderful children. I love group fitness and I especially love how we can all come together from different strengths and backgrounds and create a community. Before moving here I worked at a large gym where I taught about 14 classes a week. I teach a wide variety but I love to mix it up and keep things interesting. I can’t wait to get our sweat on together!

Alice is a USATF certified running coach and an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor. When it comes to her classes, the focus is on functional fitness, such as dynamic bodyweight and multi-joint exercises, to help you improve your overall fitness, including strength, flexibility, and agility. When she's not in the gym you can find Alice running (obviously!), exploring a hiking trail nearby, or watching the Great British Bake Off.

Hello! My name is Natalia Wilding. My passions are my family, fitness, surfing, and french fries. As a military wife, and mom of four, with limited "me time," I love workouts that give me the biggest bang for my buck. My true fitness love is anything HIIT, with or without resistance added into the mix. I think it stems from my childhood training as a competitive gymnast; short bursts of power to build lasting results is my jam. I am AFAA group fitness certified and have been teaching fitness for around seven years. I teach High Fitness, and HighLow Fitness - choreographed aerobics classes designed to get you into the music and get your heart rate pumping. I also create and teach my own personal class creations that will challenge and strengthen you at ANY fitness level. Whether you're a fitness newbie, or a total gym rat, I design my workouts to be accessible, demanding, and fun! I can't wait to sweat with you!
