GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Bootcamp is an interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every day, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.
CONDITIONING FOR RUNNERS
Conditioning for Runners, formally known as Plyometrics, Strength and Agility incorporates 3 different types of exercise types into one class to help participants improve their running abilities. Plyometrics is a type of exercise training that uses speed and force of different movements to build muscle power. Plyometrics can include different types of exercises, like pushups, throwing, running, jumping, and kicking. Strength training involves using your own bodyweight or tools, like dumbbells or resistance bands, to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance. Agility is the ability to rapidly decelerate, change direction and rapidly accelerate again with stability.
We offer dance classes for all ages! Get ready to have some fun, sweat a little bit, and learn moves from the best!
Express classes are 30 minute classes targeting specific areas of the body using body weight, free weights and resistance bands.

Functional fitness is a classification of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities. Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting will be made easier with functional fitness integrated into your exercise routine. Join us to see if this could be a perfect fit for you!
High Fitness is a fun and exciting class that incorporates simple and easy-to-follow fitness choreography as well as interval training moves to get the heart rate up. You’ll be working out to music that you know - new and old! This class is great for all levels as you can take it up or take it down.
HIP HOP CARDIO
Hip Hop Cardio mixes aerobic movements with dance choreography in both fast and slow rhythms that help to tone and sculpt the body. Enjoy burning calories while learning dances, improving coordination, memory and overall confidence!
In Trap Fitness, we combine free weights with high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals. We incorporate cardio intervals between fitness exercises to help you build leaner muscles. By combining planks, jumps, and level changes, you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work. We do a series of intense cardio-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.
Turbo Kick® (a BeachBody format) is an interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals followed with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations.
YIN YOGA FOR STRETCHING
Yin Yoga for Stretching is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. This is great for those who need a good stretch after a long week to recover and prepare for the week!
Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Great for all levels!
